Survey quality may fall as more people refuse to answer

From the Wall Street Journal:

Indeed, the share of people who respond to the U.K. Labour Force Survey—the quarterly release of employment data—has steadily fallen over the last decade. In 2002, more than three quarters of those contacted agreed to provide details about their employment status when first contacted.
